If you go to a good, bit more expensive French restaurant, you have choices of nice healthy fine food. Burger, Kebab, Pita, shawarma etc are mainly junk food from other foreign places. You will not see much fat or obese French people. They drink wines during their meals, which is said to keep them from getting fat. I work in a French/ Belgian restaurant. Many of our guests from France, the UK, many of them drive to Belgium via the underwater tunnel. I have only travelled to and fro by Eurostar train underwater tunnel. I dont see much outside as the tunnel is mostly dark. Seeing the whole process of vehicle going into the train is amazing. The passenger Eurostar train from the UK to EU countries travels more than 200 kms per hour or even more at certain tracks! Not sure about its speed while underwater. But I experience my ears blocked in the tunnel whenever I traveled.

Arch of Constantine is a very important part of history, even more important than colosseum. An important part of western history. I hope you take this as a positive criticism, When you visit Vatican please visit Lateran Church, Which is the Cathedral of Pope. And The Church of the Gesù has stunning paintings. Just visit any random chruch in rome, from outside it will be plane but inside will be stunning.
