Hello. Im also using 5d iv with ysd2.I have seen that you shoot with 250th with flash. I thought that syncronization is just until 200th with the 5d. So i never tried with higher exposure time.

Me again. Why iso 400 if using strobes?

Your camera will always produce the best quality images when on or near it's native ISO. No matter if you're shooting ambient light or artificial light, always try and keep your ISO as low as possibe:-)
