Just a note: If you are between sizes, please always go up. Going down can be dangerous and cause some negative side effects. Always go up. You may think that going down a size will benefit you, but it tends to do the opposite of what you want. Other than that, great video, thanks for the review.

The gc2b tank binder only has binding material on the inside of the top half, the bottom half is just the outside material so it's not restricting. Might want to check them out. I haven't used them but I'm under the impression that they roll up less, without compressing and restricting your breathing too much

my binder is very see-able idk why i see it around the neck idk why not sure if i'm wearing it wrong or idk what i'm doing wrong its underworks

You are definitely larger than an XL... You should have gotten at least a 2XL maybe even 3.
