Underworld Gang | "No evidence link Modack to Kinnear murder" - Lawyer

The lawyer for alleged underworld gang boss, Nafiz Modack, says there is no evidence that the pinging of Lieutenant Colonel Charl Kinnear's cell phone was linked to his fatal shooting. Modack, who is on trial on over a hundred charges including the murder of the top Anti-Gang Unit detective, is applying for charges against him to be dropped in the Western Cape High Court. Kinnear, who was investigating Modack, was shot and killed outside his home in September 2018.
