There are 3 4-men entrances. 1 is for the Bloodline, the second for the nWo and the last for all others. To set it up you you have to create a team/stable in Roster - Teams and add the 4 wrestlers you want. The set up the settings for the entrance use the 3-men entrance settings. The 4-men entrance uses those settings too. To set up a 4-men match: create a 8-men match and switch the rules to tag team.
