The reason they got swept last year was not because of Jokic. It was really because of how dominant Murray was, the Lakers had no answer for him. He scored 32ppg on 53% shooting and 41% from 3. That was compounded by Dlo being abysmal on offense scoring 6ppg and couldn’t even get on the court because of how bad his defense was. They have a chance but their margin of error is slim.

That's not just on the Denver defense. The problem with ‘making him a scorer’ I feel is his feel for how and when to help teammates put themselves in great positions. You try that on this guy watch when he gets in a handoff with Murray who starts coming downhill so now ad has to step up and it’s a lob to Gordon either way. Totally wrong take. If you make him a scorer, he will drop 50, but he will do it shooting 68% from the field. Nobody else will shoot that efficiently and you can try to stop Murray by you won't. In the playoffs his ppg goes up almost 8, highest in league history
