U forget he came in as a raw prospect and its only been 6 years. His game has evolved to what it is today, which is enough for him to be an MVP and dpoy candidate. His jumper has gotten better year by year, and he uses it in spurts. He still has a ways to go but it takes time and consistency for a jumper to be perfected. He isnt BenSimmons, who dorsnt take them at all and likely never will. Hes more in the J kidd department where it will take him a while to develop it. Yall need instant gratification with everything. Somethings take time. Be patient. Steph been shooting for years. U think it took 6 years of development for him to get this great? It might take him till hes 30 to get that jumper but I think he'll eventually get it.

Any coach worth his job does not attack a 1-2-2 zone from the top with a seven footer playing the point. Move a guard up and move Giannias to the wing so he can attack the zone ten feet closer to the defense, on the move and have passing options on the wing, baseline and kick-out three or attack the rim himself. He cannot break down a zone defense against professional athletes off the dribble from the top. High school zone offense.

Situations like Giannis' will only make him a better player. All the superstars remaining in the playoffs have lost some tough games themselves earlier in their careers. It has happened to the best and it only made them better.

I think Toronto is the best defensive team in the NBA. And I've thought that since they traded for gasol. Look how many great defenders they have. Giannis deserves congrats and praise!!! Exposed???? A dissapointment???? Does not have a killer instict???? First of all Giannis is 24 years old. He has all the time in the world to impove. And HE WILL 100%!!! Also if he is not the MVP this year it will be rigged. MVP is about the REGULAR SEASON ! NOBODY can deny what he did during the regular season. Yes his shooting is below average, yes he is a one trick pony on offense and yes he broke down under preasure. BUT at the same time despite all his ' faults ' he is this years MVP. He made the Bucks one of the best teams in basketball from nowhere. Nobody saw that coming last year! He did that without help ! No superstars with him not even stars. The poor Bucks roster became stars BECAUSE of him! Around him! ALONE ! A 24 year old kid with below average shooting carried the Bucks to the Eastern Finals! Of course he is not LeBron, KD, Steph, Kawhi etc yet.So stop criticising him as one of them !!! Also most people fail to see one thing. Lets say Giannis does not improve at all in the future. Even if that happens (which wont) Giannis will still have a GREAT career in the NBA. If he improves ....... GAME OVER !!!! You all oversee the potentail here !!!
