The answer is yes they do. Undocumented Immigrants do in fact have equal protection under the law, the same as U.S. Citizens. #immigration #politics #latino #daca

I don’t understand the mentality of anyone who thinks they can go to a country illegally and march around demanding the rights of citizens. GTFO. You are not owed anything. That’s a delusional sense of entitlement. You cannot do that in MEXICO. Why do people think they can do this in the U.S?

I'm sure there are a lot of things you don't understand. I for one can't understand how people living in the American empire can be upset about the fact that anyone within their borders is afforded at least basic rights such as due process or equal protection under the law, I thought the entire point of being the greatest nation on the planet was that this country is better than others, doesn't that include the extension of basic rights? If not then what makes this place different than Belarus, or Israel? The irony of a colonial power that routinely destabilizes nations abroad, leading to mass migration from those nations then getting upset about that migration reaching it's borders has also never been lost on me. I would like to say, your comment that one cannot demand rights in Mexico as an immigrant, legal or otherwise, is actually pretty comical as the Mexican constitution, adopted in 1917, actually spells out not only the rights of it's citizens, but the rights of foreigners be they tourists, Expats, legal immigrants, asylum seekers, or undocumented immigrants. They don't need to beg for those rights in Mexico, they are constitutionally guaranteed.

Mexicans do NOT tolerate illegal immigration. No Latin American countries do. Migrants in Mexico get deported all the time - and it’s not considered discrimination. You cannot put your children in public schools in Mexico unless your a legal permanent resident. There no free emergency medical services for foreigners in Mexico. Nothing that undocumented people get away with here is tolerated in Latin America. Just a few months ago in Peru, the government deported all the illegal Venezuelans. Just gave them 48 hours to get out or face forced deportation.

@@InternetMexicanOfficial Legitimate immigrants have rights in the U.S! Foreign nationals who are living in the U.S unlawfully are owed NOTHING. You cannot go to country illegally and expect to get something. That’s is the craziest mentality in the world. I struggle to understand that. Who do these people think they are to demand anything when they willfully break the law to come to the U.S?

@@williamloud7350I find it funny that you're doubling down despite literally showing sources stating that you are in fact...wrong.

@@williamloud7350I never said that undocumented immigrants in Mexico don't get deported, in fact I've made a whole video on this over on TikTok where I talk about Mexico's immigration laws, specifically on how they tend to be lax when it comes to American immigrants, in particular white Americans, and how they tend to be more strictly enforced against non-white immigrants specifically central, south, and Caribbean Americans. Despite all that, the Mexican constitution does in fact offer protections and rights to immigrants living in Mexico, lawful or otherwise. The 2011 immigration laws passed under Calderon even solidify these protections, specially for migrants in detention who are supposed to be afforded nutritious meals, access to exercise and recreation while in detention, and a guarantee that families not be separated. All this you could have found with a quick google search....but y'all always rather go off feelings.
