@@evantambolang3052 He was tied in as closely if not more so to the Tear of Eline? Elaine? However it's spelt Faustus the Dragon basically had his soul in that thing and when it was corrupted it was pretty much game over. The prosperity of the elves AND Faustus/Bonehart's state was tied to the Tear which is now a corrupted power source for evil mages. Vez'nan has it again so... who knows right? He might purify it, might break it, might do anything, but we first saw it on top of his staff in the original game, then was taken up by the other mage in frontiers, we saw how it got corrupted in origins and in Vengeance we don't 'see' it because it's the central piece of the big Eyeball monster. Which we see Vez'nan cut it out of the ossified corpse at the end of Alliance. Basically until that thing is pure again, then the elves and Bonehart are in for a bad time and I'm not sure who's taking it better, the elves who are slowly going extinct in a less than thirty year period as Dennis was in his early twenties during origins and is still at most middle aged now, or Faustus who is now an undead abomination. I mean seriously, it's been less than a human generation since the tear was corrupted and the elves have fallen THIS MUCH, holy crap!

Fun update! I’ve just cleared the campaign of it. Later I’ll do the Heroic and Iron Challenges (I’ve already done Misty Ruins’ ones though) and maybe even clear the stages on Impossible difficulty.

UPDATE: I just cleared the Heroic and Iron Challenges as well as completed the campaign modes on Impossible difficulty without losing lives! Navira definitely was a tougher boss compared to the others… such a close victory.
