I think the music is to show that Undyne is giving everything she got. She is the undying hero of not just the Underground, but of the world. She is fighting for everyone, monsters and humans. She is the TRUE hero, ready to stop you and your genocide. The music is set to emphasize on Undyne's heroic last stand against you. She is determined to stop you. This is my opinion, though.

Я прошел данный мод, и хочу сказать что он кривой, в видео не была показана эта атака, где кружатся копья, ее пройти невозможно, так как коллизия у них в 3 раза больше чем должна быть, единственный способ пройти данный мод, это бить точно в центр на 1500 урона, и не использовать аптечки.
