That Mandy shade is gorgeous on you! IMO we don't need a specific occasion to wear or favorite colors, especially when they look great on us!! I'd never wear that shade personally, because I'm literally so cool toned I could have stared in the Avatar movie! BUT! I wear bold colours any time; lilac to get groceries, navy blue to teach homeschool, Coral out thrifting, grey to do the laundry....I don't wear makeup to please others, I wear it because I like it, and I don't need a special occasion to like it! 😄
