I'm glad they're bringing light to this, people still seem to be so unaware. My mother owns a saltwater reef/aquarium business in Fairfield and the DEP actually contacted her and found crazy amounts of PFAS in our well because we were close to a farm. These chemicals do not biodegrade.

Thanks to UNE for revealing the dangerous levels of contamination in this area. Obviously, the problem won't go away by itself, though some industries wish it would.

Disposal of forever chems or any toxic chems are very expensive then to store them. An opinion should arise to investigate the storage units and the corporations using and producing in order to find the TRAIL of their disposals. Many home and cleaning products, as well as packaged foods have this obvious smell in the grocery stores and packages when opened and using. They are corrosive at minimum.
