Skill training is poor in India. Our engineering colleges are busy in teaching only theories very low practical. Engineer are not able to start business. It's engineer who are going to do startups & make new things & give employment.

Govt should immediately retire people earning over 1.5lac p/m and under Pension scheme.because even by not working they will earn a huge amount.The money saved can be used for contractual employment of 2-3 young, energetic and talented people.

Correct me if m wrong sir in this employment graph you have shown I have a question jaise jaise population bhadegi vaise vaise employment kam bhi to hogi na let's suppose in 2010 age between 18-60 are around 50 crore and in 2020 it's 60 crore so let's hope in 2010 average employment was for 50 lakh people per year but the same 50 lakh if you see in graph will also show the downward because demand has increased
