The Western media claims to be anti racist with their BLM coverage but they are the ones pushing race into politics. It was the Western neo-liberal/neo-con media (namely CNN, BBC, Fox News, The Guardian) that pushed islamophobia to get people to support the illegal invasions of Iraq and Afghanistan. And now they are doing the same thing in Europe.

Rather, the Shiite Houthis killed them. Saudi Arabia did not expel millions from all of these countries, but rather America, Russia, Iran, the Shiites, Bashar and the Houthis deported them. Thank you, teacher I hope you are visiting Saudi Arabia and we are happy with your hospitality
@Reeferman420NL Жыл бұрын
@@Leilaaa-xt2dzI suspect you have been consuming/fed pretty one sided and biased information. I agree that Saudi Arabia is a pretty well managed country, especially compared to other (big) surrounding countries. For a large part made possible by the wealth generated by the oil deposits. And also because Saudi Arabia was allied with the USA/EU and instrumental for the petrodollar system. And because of that was allowed a more stable society. Many other countries in the region weren't that lucky. You say "Saudi Arabia did not kill more than 4 million Syrians, but rather Russia, Bashar and Iran." I don't know from what year you start counting, but it seems like an inflated number. "Estimates of the total number of deaths in the Syrian Civil War, by opposition activist groups, vary between 503,064 and about 613,407 from March 2011 up to March 2023." Now let's assume that is an under-count and there were close to a million casualties. So indeed massive suffering and loss of life and about half of them innocent civilians. But to put the blame solely on the Syrian (Assad) government and their allies (Iran, Russia) IMO isn't accurate. The US department of State has declared in their public annual budget reports that around 2001 they started actively supporting opposition groups and media in an attempt to weaken the Syrian government to eventually cause a regime change. A couple of dozen million $ in the first years and growing to $300 million per year around 2010. And when Assad held on despite massive demonstrations an armed conflict began. I don't want to call it a civil war because foreign interference played a hue role in that. Similar situation in Ukraine, US State Department declared to have spend $5 billion in the decade running up to the Maidan protest and coup d'etat. Add 50% to those budgets from other sources like the EU and NGOs. Foreign actors destabilized those countries in an attempt to install their puppet ruler. In Ukraine they succeeded, in Syria they didn't. That's part of the reason countries like China have strict media control.

Thanks for this wonderful, eye-opening series. Before watching your videos I had a typical western view of Saudi Arabia - which wasn't very positive. Now I can't wait to travel to Saudi Arabia and immerse myself in the culture and landscapes. Thank you so much for challenging my assumptions, Peter. Regards from Australia.
