कुंभलगढ़ किले की दीवार की लंबाई लगभग 36 किलोमीटर है. इसकी चौड़ाई अलग-अलग जगहों पर 15 से 25 फ़ीट है. यह दीवार चीन की द ग्रेट वॉल के बाद दुनिया की दूसरी सबसे लंबी दीवार है. इस किले का निर्माण महाराणा कुम्भा ने 15वीं शताब्दी में करवाया था. यह किला अरावली पर्वतमाला पर समुद्र तल से 1,100 मीटर (3,600 फ़ीट) की ऊंचाई पर बना है. इस किले को बनाने में 15 साल लगे थे. इस किले पर विजय पाना बहुत मुश्किल था. अकबर समेत कई राजाओं ने इस दीवार को तोड़ने की कोशिश की थी, लेकिन यह दीवार अभेद्य मानी जाती है. इस किले में परिधि की दीवारें हैं. इस किले में एक साथ आठ घोड़े दौड़ सकते हैं. इस किले को 2013 में यूनेस्को की विश्व धरोहर स्थल घोषित किया गया था.
