Horse guard horses are more temperamental than police horses they seem more calm and steady it must be in the breed.

When lungeing a horse the lunge rein should not dangle on the ground. The horse could become entangled, panic and could seriously hurt itself or the trainer. Keep the rein reasonably taut and guide from the quarters with a lungeing whip. ❤

Not horses fault trainer needs more training. Got spooked when rope hit his legs. Should never have gotten there if held correctly.

The Guardsman is being trained how to lunge, on a lunge line.. Any horseman or woman will have experienced exactly what youre looking at. Im 66 im a BHS Instructor of 40 years. I have worked with horses all my l8fe and in another time, so long ago its scary😂, i was Polo Groom for Prince Phillip ar Smiths Lawn Windsor.

​@@christophermichaelclarence6003after 63 years of riding can i say for a large animal they are very fragile mentally. A horse is a flight animal not a fight animal, given the chance it will ALWAYS run from anything it finds fearful.
