I’ve done this. But the “thing” that held energy for me was the memories. I used wish paper. I wrote down all the memories, thoughts, feelings and then released it mentally to the universe before I lit the paper on fire and let it go. I haven’t found another partner, but the love for myself wasn’t able to begin until I released that energy. I am truly learning who I am without the cloud of someone else hovering, and I’m finding that I really like who I am, I love who I am. Now, whether a new love comes or not doesn’t matter because I am finally at peace and grateful for ME! To love yourself is the greatest love you can ever ask for, no one can fill that void but you.

Are you serious? How can I delete the photos? So important moments that will never come back! And the only place I can find them is in the photos! Why do you delete your past, why do you need that... When I get older I want to look at these photos and remember my life and all the important people 😭 I can archive them in my hard disk and stop looking at them but I will never delete the photos... The new love will come anyways....... Nobody will delete my past like it was not important at all. I have never in my life commented on a youtube video. But i truly believe in everything you teach and have learned so much this year alone and I only discovered your videos a month ago. Any success I gain from your teachings is your success and so here is my first comment ever 😅 I feel a bit silly. I have been single a little over a year now. Happily so. And yet struggling to attract love. I am well aware that I threw, donated, got rid of absolutely everything regarding my ex. Everything except my wedding album. It's hidden. I never see it. Yet i know it's there. Whenever I remember it I say "fuck I have to throw it away". And yet I never do. My feelings for him are gone and the year I've had is more than proof that the divorce had to happen. And yet...these pictures hold so much energy and I never realized. I have 2 days til 2020 and I plan on burning them before the new year. I thought just throwing them away as to not give them such importance, but after watching this video I think I'll burn them. I feel the same , my man we had a long distance falling out , when he friend requested me in jan 2020 my heart fluttered, he is married and I have a friend but the feelings are the same for us both . I was willing to give up everything for him but too late stating this , he found it to stressful after saying that I am the love of his life ...never forget it 100 % he ghosted me . I am lost and living with a person who loves me , before this fb request I ran across a photo of him in Ontario he is overseas, I thought nothing of it just that's weird , after my sad desperation in email = regret. I woke to his eyes at 2 am , I do not know what his eyes look like now . What you say is very true. My husband passed away. I loved him very much. I can't get rid of all my pictures of him. He is part of my history and our daughter's history, but I realize I should really get rid of any of all his clothes and various personal items that are no longer wanted. I don't want to get rid of everything pertaining to him. But I want to love again, or at least have a relationship again. Even my deceased husband would want me to go on. So I agree to some extent with you.. but to another extent is not about completely deleting everything to get rid of “that energy” it’s about EMOTIONAL MATURITY being able to move on without that certain object having that same value or energy to you no more. I get this and for the most part have gotten rid of or actually lost a lot connected with this marriage, but in marriage you accumulate things together. If I get rid of things in my closet I won’t have much to wear 😂 and since I was left with nothing I am certainly not throwing my bed or couches away. I love most of your advice, Master Sri. However, I cannot/will not get rid of all things of my late husband of nearly 12 years, who was killed last year. Just about everything I possess, including my house and vehicle, I got with him. I cannot afford to move right now or replace 90% of my possessions that we accumulated together, considering I lost his income. I will not delete all photos of him. His mom got me pictures from his childhood, so I created a slideshow for his Celebration of Life. I will not delete them or the slideshow. I'm a younger widow (40), and I haven't met any widowers my age. That said, the right person for me will need to understand that my late husband will simply be a part of my life. I've met those who fell in love while still in grief, and actually, that love helped them heal and move forward.

Thanks for this✌. I did this year's ago burnt everything, deleted numbers, material/physical is one aspect. Healing Heart, mind, spirit, knowing you are worth happiness and kindness, not pain is key to free. I've chosen situations because I felt I had no worth, value, religious and social conditions set myself up to fail in love, had to be a male-way or no way. I chose to believe that a person will accept me as they find me, as I can accept them. I have learnt compromise from sacrifice. Items that remind me of the purity of love, the happiness, I have and that energy radiates through me. I am kinder, humbled, and as much as I yearn to have true companion, soul mate, true love, twin flame, in one gentleman, husband, I choose not to settle for abuse, emotional, physical, degrading treatment, from a societal or religious norm, and that's okay. I am accepting there are lots of amazing people in the world, a heart is a heart, a soul a soul, I have hope to be. I am friends with some of my ex's, I am not pining, they are not pining. I am friends with their wives, partner's, their children are my family. Some people come into your life for a reason, season and lifetime, yes let go of what no longer is in my higher purpose, of course that is part of learning your journey, knowing you are free and okay. Being is messy at times, let go imbalance e.g. anger, bitter, resentment, controlling external, accept internal. I put cat in the hat out by the mailbox. Hoping someone will give him a good home. I do. Even tho i got him and rescued him had nothing to do with ex. I was on a road trip with him and i didnt even realize that it in facts makes me rhink of the ex who treated me so obviously horrible

My son had a bad breakup when he was 16 and he is now 21 and has yet to find love and he really wants a girlfriend and he has dates but they fiZz out after one or 2 dates .. he such a great guy .. she would be so lucky to have him.. I sent this video.. fingers are crossed 🤞🏽 that this helps
