There's no fine there). Jaywalking is a traffic offence and if there happens to be a police squad car around you, they will immediately fine you (I think $45.00 or $75.00). Pedestrians must always walk down to the nearest intersection, press the button so the traffic stops for them, and only then they can cross. This is not a new rule, it's been in force for ages. Ye jaywalking waala rule bahot sakhti ke saath implement hota hai kyonki isme jaan ko khatraa rehta hai. I understand that you may have to walk to an intersection aur sardiyon mein ye possible nahin hotaa kyonki -25 C mein kaun itna chalega lekin there's no leeway here. Jaywalking is allowed only if you don't obstruct traffic lekin there are cases where police still give you a citation or a warning. So apni jaan ka khyaal rakhein, car driver ki jaan ka bhi khyaal rakhein and please be safe. Bas itna hi kehna tha mujhe.

Dear Shreya , Keep your energy levels high by having protein rich food as you have to remain facing subzero temperatures time and again as it would take a month or more to have duly warm atmosphere . Till then keep wearing warm clothes so that you don't catch cold and have fever . Unlike in India your parents are not at your back and call to take care of you in the event of your falling ill . Many people don't feel like studying in Canada only for its severe coldness . You should have bought capsicums as it is beneficial to your health in many ways . Moreover it is optimally hot and you would feel well after having a chicken curry cooked with it . How are you getting along with your studies ? Please tell us about what subject you are majoring in . Also keep uploading even short durational vlogs showing how you are coping with your tight schedule of studies as it is of paramount importance because we think you have your long life ahead to devote to making high quality vlogs . Right now you should concentrate more on your studies rather than making long durational vlogs . Please reply to my comments in your earliest convenience . By the way any time it goes above normal we have plenty of lakes( all fresh water no salt) to swim. Also we have no crocs., alligators, sharks or snakes in the lakes. Also there are air conditioners too in the houses to cool off. 05/12/2022
