Mini Kerala is fancy term may be told you by local guy. I am living in this village, never heard about this place. All surrounding places looks like that place. You missed most important part of Nivti fort. As newbies may never find actual path leads to the main fort, it designed such a way. Prefer to take guide there. Your fort spot not even considered as fort, its way outside of fort. Real fort is ruined but main structure is still there with multiple watch towers with unrestricted 240 degree view of Arabian sea. Climbing on green hill is also possible. Killenivti beach is more prestine and beautiful than malvan, bhogwe, devbagh beach. By the way, nice vlog and nice photography/videography.
