I definitely can relate. In a nutshell, that's how you would describe a guy who doesn't have one jealous bone in his body. A sigma type like myself would not become weighed down or consumed by jealousy- but maybe some due cause trust issues, simply because none of us is truly exempted from feeling the weight of this world and the insatiable vices of a covetous nature. Oftentimes, I've been subjected to many kinds of covetousness- it only triggers me when I see it, so wrath is the main vice in which I fear I'll become the most susceptible to.

As an INFJ Sigma male I've dealt with so many disadvantages growing up and always asked why with certain things also curious about them but later in my life I've realized why God allowed me to fit in to understand the world and how he made me stand out I wasn't taught much things as kid, my teenage years also a lil bit of my young adult life because I've seen what people tried to condition me as and me knowing who I am internally I've blossomed more into it as times passed by also I have ADHD and that comes with anxiety and depression so on the things people thought I was or said about me it did affect me but me realizing later in my life I deal with mental illness I've masked it for so long because I was subconsciously being who people wanted me to be without even knowing it 🤦🏾

Yes, with experience. You need to face best villains like prison break real character (t-bag, kellerman, scofield), crassus, batiatus, ashur/ spartAcus series. In real life i met them like 3 who have all biter you can inagine and learn from them. The thing is you must know their skills to defend yourself, not to be like them. I still have mistakes, right now am learning from narcissist and manipulator ladies. Yes you can be sigma. Another tip is to scare GOD. READ BIBLE, CORAN or any spiritual book to help you in process of healing wounds of deception to be wise. Good luck
