... We needto look at what are problems are e.g lack of adequate education for our youth, unemployment, substance abuse, gender based violence to name a few. Step two, find the primary courses for these problems, come up with possible solutions to them, set a time frame to solve them, choose a responsible body to solve the problems. Come back at the end of the due date to examine what worked why it worked, what failed and why it failed and repeat.

There's nothing much you can do when hearts of leaders are corrupt even with the best research and remedies in place.

We need practicality if we're to solve practical problems. And can I say that the invitation of two Christian leaders to this discussion is one of the problematic ways of going about this. I don't have anything against the gentlemen. But the Idea that we can use religion to solve this is two steps in the wrong direction. The Bible has no solutions for us. We can pray til we turn blue. Prayer is not the solution. Now let's move on to real solution, to address our real problems

The crisis we are in requires our analysis to go beyond and deeper than just a surface practical level. Human beings are more than just social or physical beings. We are three dimensional, I.e. physical, psycho-emotional and spiritual beings. The biggest crisis of South Africa is not corruption, poor economy, lack of skills, etc. All those are mere symptoms pointing us to a deeper root cause, I.e. moral decay. The soul of this nation is rotten to the core and politics, economics, science, business prowess, all have no capacity to help us rid ourselves of this cancer-like rotten of our soul. We need spirituality, and any prognosis of our crisis that is devoid of spirituality is useless.
