Waiting for the End is in my opinion one of their best songs. Everything comes together beautifully, it has such an intense energy for a relatively "soft" Linkin Park song, and the lyrics are gorgeous. It's one of those songs I feel every time I hear it.

In Jornada Del Muerto, Mike is singing the words "lift me up, let me go" in Japanese. That line will come back later in the album in the most powerful and epic way imaginable.

Thanks for the connection there. That's another cool way this album ties itself together. Similar to the lyrics in the opening interlude, which come back later in "The Catalyst".

ATS was made as a concept album where everything transitions into the next, telling a story, so its good you listened to it in one session from front to back. This song for me is in the top 10 of all their songs.

refreshing to see someone react to songs from LP that aren’t Given Up, In The End, and Numb. those are all great songs - don’t get me wrong - but seems like every album succeeding MTM is overlooked by most people

Music on "Jornada Del Muerto" is pretty similar to that from "Burning In The Skies" (they're using the same key on both songs, that's why I'm feeling this kind of similarity). Mike Shinoda and Chester Bennington are both singing there "Lift Me Up, Let Me Go!" in Japanese. And yeah, "Waiting For The End" was ACTUALLY the second single from "A.T.S.". Mike Shinoda is playing the high-pitched guitar on this song, as well as some piano and keyboards as well. And, at the very end of "W.F.T.E." they're introducing a little bit of the next track from the album called "Blackout"

Is this the album with Heavy on it? I remember being very disappointed with that song. It's a ballad called heavy, I was expecting/hoping it was a musically heavy song like Crawling, Papercut, In The End, One Step Closer
