No they age this clothes in there warehouses for 6months to year and sell it to there authentic distributor with they have a mou signed and then after cutting tags or dibranding there label they can sale this article's in market, one cannot sale this article till if the article is still saleing in store...I am working in this industry since 10years and yes 99% u are finding is fake in the market so be aware and try to find authentic shop

@@FaizKhan-xo8hjif you think it’s not first copy then you are mislead. Brands like H&M, Zara, Armani, Diesel etc DO NOT give their products to resellers if they are not sold at the store. They keep the old season clothings for a year or two to be sold on website or during Sale on their website. The articles that are still left are then destroyed. They are destroyed by the brand themselves. How do I know this? I have a friend from NIFT who is a buyer (a position used for the employee who purchases catalogue for showrooms based on current fashion trends for Westside). I repeat there is NO EXPORT SURPLUS thing for big brand names.
