Hi Aman, If we are not deleting the domain we created then AWS will charge us I think. I have encountered this issue once as we thought everything is stopped and nothing was running in the background but after some days we have seen charge on the domain which is in rest. Still having confusion in this please clarify...!

RDS enables you to run a fully featured relational database while offloading database administration. Whereas, for more control and flexibility, EC2 will be better for your relational database. If you want an automated and cost-effective solution, go for RDS.
