The baby is the woman's child but coz her husband who is the step father to the baby does not want the baby, she is begging this man Karim who is already taking care of his niece and nephew to raise her baby too. She is trying to give the man her gold in appreciation of raising her baby. I dont understand the language but you can make sense of the situation by watching the video and with their the limited subtitles. Actually the whole thing looks scripted n they are all acting but I could be wrong.
