Hi Benji. I save the bones from rotisserie chicken in my freezer. When I have a few I make my bone broth in a crock pot. I also like to add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar, it extracts the calcium from the bones. It also makes the broth taste "cleaner".

Haven't seen your videos in a while so I was about to check up on u guys, but this is not for me 😢 A wish from an old sub (subscribed since JB was little) do not film everything. You've never filmed them throwing up before so please don't do that... No one likes to see when ppl throw up. It's not nice. We wanna see your life, but some parts could be taken off tape like you've always done. That's my opinion.
