Keep Shadow of the Wind for now, it’s one of my favorites of all time, so I’m convinced you’ll love it 😊 Also, looking forward to a Try a chapter video! And you’re not at all bad for not wanting to read about your work for entertainment in your free time. Much better that your work energy goes to your actual work, which is already amazing. Don’t feel bad about that in the slightest. Haha save that last Ferrante book! Read it so it can get back to its friends! 😂 To Kill a Mockingbird is actually really great. I’m not bog on classics at all but that one stayed with me. You did so great in this, and I totally relate to buying books I recognize secondhand, and then I might not be the most excited about them later. I usually do find them interesting when I read the synopsis again, but some of them are probably not for me. You were very honest with yourself in this, great job 😊

Yes I have kept shadow of the wind, but I did get rid of most of the others on my maybe pile - I was feeling ruthless😂 And hahaha yes I need to hurry up and complete the Ferrante series!! If I’m honest I avoided reading most of the synopsises because I knew that would make me want to keep them all🤣

@@ellenmadebookclub Oooh that's a great question!! I do really like the series but I will say they're nothing like anything I've ever read and not the easiest to get into - I'm not selling it but I do like them hahahah! Maybe you should get the first and try a chapter😉
