I read Velvet Was the Night, and it was fine. A quick three star read with some cool moments and a cool premise and setting but nothing super special. I actually just put it in my unhaul pipe recently LOL

I need to go through my horror books again. I've been really in the cosmic horror mood lately, mainly water based horror after playing Still Wakes the Deep. An amazing book I read is called The Fisherman by John Langan! Would you have any suggested water/ocean based horror reads? I know The Deep by Cutter!

The Daughter of Doctor Moreau is sooo good, but it is absolutely not a horror book. It's just a regular lit fiction type story, so don't go into it expecting horror, but otherwise I would highly recommend.

I loved the Stillhouse Lake series. However, lol, book 2 pissed me the F off, so don't judge if you should continue off that one book (Killman Creek). Book 3 picks up the awesome suspense from book 1. I still haven't read the last one, book 6, though. Also, I think it would be hilarious if all of your viewers switched our names to Tiffany. A page of comments by Tiffany. 😉

"The Ritual" movie is much, much, much superior to the book. The book is actual garbage, the movie is pretty badass. Get rid of the book, watch the movie, and I'm usually the "The og book was so much better!!!! Didn't need an adaptation!!!!" person.
