Get an electric sprayer with pressure regulator. It gives constant pressure at your set point on the pressure switch.

This is too vague - "a large internally mounted pump" - show us the pumps so we know what what a particular one we're looking at looks like.

The sprayer will be determined by what the focus of the application is. If you are using a back pack sprayer there are a number of sprayers available to you. It will be up to the user to determine which sprayer will work best for them. There are a number of pumps available to the user hand powered diaphragm and piston pumps, gasoline powered hydraulic and air assisted, and rechargeable electric powered motors. Look for ease of use, the size of the job you will be doing, what you will be using it on, price may be important to you, construction (does it have the potential to leak)? These are all questions you will consider before purchasing.
