Well, amputated legs don't bite. :) Have you ever seen a rabbit's teeth?! Formidable. I'm afraid of holding them myself in case they get frightened and start biting or kicking. They kick hard and their nails aren't super sharp, but they do scratch. I surmise these might be her reasons, too. That said, I like and hold cats (if I raised them) all the time, and they have razor sharp, lightning fast claws. Maybe familiarity breeds confidence? Regardless, neither of these two seem to be fond of cats, more's the pity.

If you’ve ever touched a chinchilla you will understand why they were almost hunted to extinction for their fur. They’re so fluffy that you literally can’t get them wet because they won’t dry out and they’ll get mould in their fur. They’re just amazing

I love the pet handler in this- she had loads of chemistry with these two. Also loved Tracey sitting in the cage with the rabbits and Katya saying 'tarantula', (weirdly v ASMR🤔). I think this may be one of my new favourite episodes🙌🏻

Like how there's judgement on whether you have natural birth, C-section, or others (sorry I won't have kids so idk what options there are). And then tied in the shame/attempt to humiliate women who breastfeed in public, because some people think exposing a breast to feed a baby is nudity for others.

hi its been ten months but i own madagascar hissing roaches as pets- they do and its weird as fuck and i literally hate it so much i got two females to avoid it. they also sometimes have kinda a lot, so like. if you just want a few you better hope they dont have babies. i love them as pets theyre low maintenance and bc i live in a cold area i dont have to worry abt them being invasive if they ever escape (god forbid) but wow do i hate the babies

At least, they thought so until one day I was at her house drawing together on the kitchen table, and I looked up and said "Darby somethings wrong with your cockroaches" Just seeing the cockroach's back seemingly split open and some mysterious white shit coming out...then we get close to the tank and realize it was babies...... YEP that was the nightmare for the rest of the year.

Snakes are amazing animals, some species are so complex in behaviours it's fascinating, I own ball pythons (mainly known as royal pythons in the uk) and I was petrified of any snake as a kid, the one reason I was terrified beyond all others was the famous "a woman let her snake sleep in her bed, the snake lay next to her every night then one day it ate her.....the whole time it was measuring her up to eat her" I've got friends who own the 4 giant species and a few that own anacondas (the biggest species) and now I'm educated on snakes behaviour, it's actually hilarious to imagine a snake stalking it's prey and sneaking up to measure it to see if it will fit.....I mean the primitive nature of a snakes brain can't even think on that level 😂😂😂

My cat is a Ragamuffin breed aka she's a dog in feline disguise. She NEEDS cuddles every damn day, she loves to play fetch, she likes to take walks on the leash, she knows all the commands & tricks, and she howls whenever she doesn't get attention. Not all cats are assholes. Ginger cats, tuxedo cats, ragdolls, ragamuffins, maine coon, russian blue, birman, burmese, balinese, siberian, persians, and other breeds are so loving. And sometimes it's the way you treat them. You need to treat them like humans, not dogs. You wouldn't force affection on a human, so don't do it to a cat. They'll come to you when you're not being desperate. Just like humans, cats find needy & clingy behavior a huge turn off. Like humans, you have to earn a cat's respect and love. When you're honored by a cat choosing you and loving you, it makes it that much more special. Dogs are great but they're slobbery, messy, and so damn overbearing. I wanted a cat who was independent like me, but instead I got a dog that is pretending to be a cat -- and goddamn she is so effing needy!! But I love her in spite of that. At least she's clean and doesn't bark during ungodly hours in the night.
