Good luck with your first year. Honestly, college isn't horrible as long as you can figure out time management and some form of organization for your different subjects. It's a really great opportunity to meet new people you may never have met in the real world outside of college. As you get further in college, you get more specific classes in your major so you can bond with like-minded people who are passionate about the same things you are. Definitely look into if you can record classes or not. I found this helpful instead of focusing on always being awake and on during class. Sorry for a kind of long comment. As a former music major and bassoon player this episode had me dying on the floor and wheezing!!!! I haven’t laughed this hard in a long ass time y’all. I literally just switched majors this year after 3 years bc music in college is CRAZY so this made my day 😂😂❤️

Any one getting close to finding a college, the best advice I ever heard was Community College is literally the same exact thing as the universities. It’s literally just paying to say you went to the specific university. People want to say they went to a university like UCLA for example, to look more successful because a lot of people think less of those who go to community colleges. I noticed some people see it almost as the college equivalent of getting your GED, like “oh you went to CC just because you’re too dumb to make it into the university” but it’s not like that at alllllllllll. (Like getting a GED is also something that shouldn’t be looked down upon, it’s an achievement that not many people can get. No matter what your reason is for getting the GED, you got that diploma with the GED! It’s the same thing, just took some time in between juggling school and life. Be proud of yourself if you did that or are doing it! No shame! You got this! ❤) I paid $4k a year on community college tuition. At a university, it’s at least $55k. You get the same education, just way more affordable. Unless you get a scholarship, the universities aren’t worth it, tbh.

10:28 something about seeing trixie and katya standing that far away from each other talking like normal feels so dramatic and idk why

As a gay Im pretty sure they just nailed whats the straights are thinking about.
@samaraisnt Жыл бұрын
honestly, they don’t because str8 men do not ever think about pleasing women. Ironically Katya thinks about that more than het men do…most American men are still in the dark ages in terms of unironically hating women’s bodies, thinking eating pussy is “gay” and 86% of them can’t make a woman cum so none of that should surprise you…

Trixie making that joke about “bassoon” players is soooooo much funnier if you know the name of the instrument in literally almost any other language. It’s a shame we lost the word for “bundle of sticks” in English to cigarettes and us homos 🥲

Just got my grades back today on my final year project (a film). During production they told me to change the things i was proud of, to fit their rules, then graded me poorly (i still passed just not as well as i wanted). Trixie's right, most of college/uni is a total scam. Only things you get out of it is work and life experience, and if you're lucky some good friends - don't give a shit about the grades cuz they don't mean squat

As an introvert who went to a college with a “commuter campus” (where majority of the students commute AND the residents live close to the campus so they go home every weekend), dorm life was quite. BLEAK. GORGEOUS campus and people tho so that was nice 😍

1. LOVE the fabric of Katya's dress 2. The Arkham Asylum bit SENT ME. I truly laughed out loud 😂😂😂 3. As a grad student, STEM major, and over 30, living in 400sqft in the dorms for the first time in Los Angeles is.... An experience 😬

As a former music major, trixie’s assessment of bassoonists is pretty spot on. There was always something going on with them and the french horn players, weird instruments for odd people. Music school in general was a cult, learned a lot though!
