Academic stress is real, last week I had to write Economics because I didn't write the test cause I was overwhelmed by work and I had anxiety, last week when I had to write they said I couldn't write. I felt my world fall apart at that moment😭but I managed to fix everything and being optimistic really did help with my anxiety attacks
