Hey I’m moving in at kelvinhaugh gate soon. But I was made aware that plug in fairy lights, ring lights are not allowed. Is this true? Or can I carry them?

yeah unfortunately you aren't meant to have them :( I'm not sure if you could technically get away with it but i always just used battery pack fairy lights just in case

thank you! it depends what you're looking for I think, it's pretty hard for anyone to get a job during term time just because there are so many students. I think if you apply early enough though there should be some :)

@@xy1784 it's just over £600 a month including utilities. The price for other halls at the uni varies though :)
