May be you never tried Linc Pentonic. It is close to Jetstream ink but more affordable. Anyway I use gel and roller (eye) pens mostly.

@@adangertodanger3651 I is more cost effective if you use some nice gel pens unlike butter gel, I would recommend a 0.5mm Uniball 215 which is waterproof unlike V5 and highlighter proof unlike Trimax. And its refillable too

I prefer uni-ball Eye rollerball pens. I don't write much these days. I had used Js occasionally. I believe in trying every Uni-ball pen once, but only a few to be used regularly (Eye micro). There is not a single Japan market/International Jetstream available in India, as these are considered non profitable. Internationally Js are available in 0.28mm, 0.38mm, 0.5 mm also. Anyway Jetstream are too expensive just because they are smooth. Laknock also is sold only in 1.4 mm, whereas in Japan Laknocks are available from 0.5mm, 0.7mm and 1.0mm also. Indians (except those who travel abroad) have never tried mainstream Uni-ball pens (includes me too). Linc Pentonic is affordable, but body design is not up to the mark. Somehow Linc got hold of Jetstream ink technology.

Aapka video bohut accha hain. Jetstream mera favourite series main se ak hain. Magar main problem is refills ka na mil pana. Uni company pen to bana date hain magar refill ka supply chain maintain nahi kar pata.😣 Apart from jetstream there is a another pen from uni. That is Uni SA-R. Its a ball pen. Cost around 25 to 30rs. That pen is also good.

I have seen that many ball pens don't work that smooth in the beginning they start working smooth only when they are used for a good amount of time but this is so disadvantageous as suppose we buy a new pen and sit for an exam it will not work smoothly in the beginning,, so I would request you to please make a video on the type of pen we should use for writing our exams as now we will be giving our exams for the first time in offline mode and as a teacher you are in perfect position to guide us that how can we make our answersheet presentable And I really enjoy your video's Sir❤

It depends on old or new stock. The ink at the tip of oil based ballpoint starts gradually drying and tends to clog the pen tip. A few months unused pen will write smoothly after a brief scribble. 1 year unused pen will need more effort. 2 years to 3 years (depending on ink viscosity), unused, may require special treatment. More than 3 years, the pen may not write at all.

Bhai aapki video dekhne ke baad Jetstream SX-101-07 Blue (cap version) purchase kiya amazon se. Lekin pen bohot hi bekar nikla. Maine 12 pen ka pack kiya, ek bhi smooth nahi, lines bhi break ho rahi thi likhte hue. Mujhe laga is pack mai kharabi hogi to replace karwaya, lekin replaced pack mai bhi bekar pen nikle... to is pen ke liye 40 to kya main 5 rs bhi na du fututre mai... Is se kayi guna behetar laga Pentonic BRT 4007-B. Kya smoothness, kya boldness, or vo bhi sirf 20 rs mai... haan thodi bohot blotting hoti hai, par pen bada sahi hai...

Use Pentonic. It is almost same as Jetstream ink, but more affordable. These Js are not true Js. You will simply end up paying more.

actually you cannot refill that pen , and even if you do you will not get uni super ink in ink bottles .

Sanjay, you can buy Uni 215 or 217 roller pens, for Rs 50. Then you can refill them with Rs 25 UBR-85 refill. It's not the cheapest option, but you get original Uni-ball waterproof ink.

I have the uniball jetstream 101, new pen and 2 packed refills, do not work. 1 refill is completely worthless and others are very light and keep breaking. I noticed that they were 2 years old, so that could be the reason(didn't notice while buying). This sucks . Wasted 100 on these. also they simply ignored my email. Uniball isn't all bad, I had good experience with other Uniball pens though.
