Oh there are couple of hostels you can get in Aserifa, I’m not sure of their prices and their similarities to mine, but they should be comfortable.

Hello Peace, hostels in Ife are relatively calm... You can get hostels in Damico, Asherifa, Ede Road, Mayfair, etc... Just get in touch with an agent...
