Heyy for the window ! Its because your window (glass) is too cold compared to the warmth of the interior of your room (the air) - thats why if you dont turn the heat you might see a reduction in the condensation, however it should be gone if the glass is heated, so you should turn on the heater (usually they are under a window) and remove anything that could block the heat from getting to the glass like blinds (especially at night) :) I hope this helps !!

You could also make sure the room is well ventilated - dont close your bedroom door if not needed :D

About your windows, if the heating tip the other person left doesn't work - I keep a dehumidifier on my windowsill at all times. I've got an electric one that uses less than 1p per hour in electricity, but you can also get disposable ones which trap the liquid. Loads of options on amazon :)

What is living in Bristol like? I'm planning on firming my offer from Bristol for 2023 entry, however I've heard a lot about how expensive it is to live there. I'm also from a seaside town, so a large city is a bit of a change of scenery for me lol. I'm only concerned about living costs really, but I'd love to know how you managed!
