ive bought one,(fri), brilliant, within 2 hrs, i saw a thin layer of water in container, by the end of the wk, water level was just about half:way from indicator label,, brilliant product,, 10/10

Hello wipe over that black mould with white vinegar it should clear it up too ...

Just on this it’s either and likely condensation so fix the root cause as this will just be a band aid. The other problem is possibly a gap under the window sill so get the caulk out and fill or it’s water ingress in the wall so it will just keep coming back. Black mould is really bad for your health over time so please get the root of the issue sorted.

Hi I hope this helps as the mould is making me feel upset. Going on my bed headboard and some of the other stuff in the bedroom

If you have very bad mould I would buy a dehumidifier rather than just this as these are only good for very mild mould

It isn't very bad and it is like a greenish olive colour. Told the landlord and doesn't seem to want to spend extra money to sort it out. The windows give out condensation and worse during the cold weathers

Please note that I forgot to mention the spray that I used before I started using the Aero 360 - spray was very good make sure you use a mask when using this stuff it is very toxic!

Ive had one 5 months The unit itself seems to work but its growing a blue solid mass in the base of the unit that sadly can not be removed so eventually be to far up so will need to be thrown away 😭 Has anybody else found this or is mine faulty

Yep I have just tried one of these yep blue lump in the bottom.I think we can wash them x x
