Just finished stickering and panel lining the normal RG unicorn last week. Absolutely lovely kiit, but i had to grab my liquid cement a couple of times to make it all work. First when cutting everything out one of the 4 pieces at 9:21 just snapped in half and one half went missing into the void so one leg has a small gap. Then when i finally finished building it i tried to move the arms up and down only for the connection points in the arm frame to break on 3 seperate places because they are waaaay to stiff out of the box. Managed to take it apart, fix it all with liquid cement and even loosend up the shoulders a bit so he can actually properly move his arms now lol. Long story short, love the Rg unicorn kits and i pre-ordered this one just now haha.

just built my rg unicorn and the arms are NOTORIOUS for being stiff to the point of breaking

Use silicone grease to loosen up the joints in the advanved MS frane part of the arms, they also sell a metal G35 (the L shaped three hole piece that holds the arms to the chest) i highly recommend getting it

I’m a gunpla noob and my first attempt at RG was the Rx-78-2. It’s so frail, brittle, bad loose joints. Is this kit any better?

This one Way Better than "Grandpa Gundam", but like in video said better watch out with part in B Runner especially the Hand, i recommend using lubricant (i'm using baby oil) for loosing the tight parts

The rx 78-2 was the first RG so the engineering wasn't quite the best. Rest assured that by the time the Banshee came out they improved a lot with the RG line. It is a very solid model despite its many parts

Using petroleum gel to warm those arms and legs, this one can be helped you from moving stiff arms and legs or any movable parts and save from broken too

Runner G no.36 I'll always remember that sh*t !!! Mine always broke at the same part🤣 A lot of RG gunpla have a issue, the most issue is weak at some join ( you called LETOY ) . But !! For this kit ( actually for unicorn too ) this HARD at join. ( you called SERET )
