Thank you for the demonstration. It's very creative and I never would have thought to work on furniture like that! The colors are beautiful. I just had to chime in with a comment because although I watch a ton of art videos, I have never seen anyone get all the negative comments you have. Please don't listen to all that negativity because you are doing a beautiful job and putting yourself out there to help others learn and grow through their own art. I like the overall effect, and may get brave enough to try something similar. Keep up the good work, and don't let the naysayers get you down!

I think you’re doing an amazing job! Thank you for inventing unicorn spit, and I applaud you for going above and beyond to inspire those with disabilities! To those who felt the need to comment on here just to be curt/uncouth: You don’t have to be on here watching her videos. Simply move along and keep your negativity to yourself where it belongs.

Epoxy is a great choice but not your only. Any oil based sealer works. Including furniture wax!

Doesn't all of that water raise the grain of the wood? If so, how do you get a nice smooth surface without layers of varnish or resin?
@UnicornSPiT4 жыл бұрын
If you do not lightly sand a bit before application, you will raise the grain. It it raises even-though you sand a bit, once the design is fully dried, you can buff lightly with a flat area of cardboard. Dust off then seal.

@ceez14 жыл бұрын
Was the wood surface sanded down to the wood or did you do this while the table had a finished surface?
@UnicornSPiT4 жыл бұрын
This one was on a bare wood surface. But you can always do this on any surface as long as it is clean & oil free.
@ceez14 жыл бұрын
@@UnicornSPiT It will just end up looking different right? On unpainted surface it sinks in while on finished surface it sits on top so maybe looks brighter?

@belinda hawkins Do u understand comment sections?!?!?!! Figure it out, instead of rudeness. I'm just trying to cruise this comment thread for good ideas and interesting questions, and every single comment I expand you're just screeching at people pretending you're better than they are. It's like you really thought you would improve the wholesomeness in here by going around crapping on everything. It's seriously pathetic. Hope you don't still make a hobby of this because boy do you need to deal with whatever anger/misery issues make you act like that.

@belinda hawkins I don't think I have ever seen someone so consistently turn people's comments into such negativity. I was enjoying learning and watching, but do you realize that with all of your anger filled comments, it actually destroys the joy? You are here, cursing others, but I hope you receive blessings, that you find love and peace. Anger is so destructive to the soul.
