@@artoodiitoo Those Drag cars are pretty much useless in GT2… 😅 They were meant to be used in a Drag Racing mode but that mode got scrapped before the release.

I remember getting Gt2 for Christmas as a kid. I don't think I've ever played a game so much because I wanted to collect and drive all the weird and rare cars. The first game I 100%'d!

The drag cars have street tires, just like the TVR Speed 12. Put race tires and they become much more manageable.

I would argue that the Nismo GTR LM Race Car from Gran Turismo 1 should have been on this list. While it did technically return in GT2, it was a Racing Modification for the Nismo GTR LM Road Car and not its own seperate car model. Unfortuantely it didn't appear in the PS2 era games as a "Standard Car" unlike with its Road Car counterpart

I know they're not rare, but I would love to have the r33 racecars back. The LM 22 and 23, the one from Kure and Zexel, the UNISIA JECS, plus others the likes of the one from Endless, Johnson Wax, Jomo, etc.

I won the GT All Stars Super Cup with an R390 road car so, if you cant in an espace f1, i guess skill issue? And no, I didn't put too much power on it, only 500HP, i think stage 2 or 3 turbo so its still managable to handle

The ps2 game with the best and most obscure car list is tokyo xtreme racer zero. Alot of random jdm cars and the only game on ps2 to have an e36 bmw m3. 4 door skylines , station wagons and mini vans too.😂

Dodge concept car probably is considered mid-engine as the engine is behind the center line of the front wheels. Mid engine doesn't automatically mean its behind the driver.
