May i suggest: After every race, the first to be ELIMINATED will lose the ability to participate in your next race, and that marble shall be replaced by an other marble. Eg: Lime got last this time. So that means he will not be participating in the next marble race, at the 3rd race, lime will be back and that ladt marble shall be replaced by lime
