You are doing a "rolling mount" 0:33. You are static at 3 and 9 o'clock momentarily(advance skill) and next move is pedal forwards. Then a different mount at 1:18. That is a quick "roll back or idle" mount. Nothing was static and you instinctively knew to roll backwards until other foot touched.

@@Geezuznotcomingforu with a Kris Holm seat, it works better, but it is not a confortable sport. I love it to balance on a weehl, it is a kind of magic !
