How do people on citizen band come up with their call #'s? Are they usually HAM operators? Why do you use 408? Thank you and sorry about the newbie question.

@@BeingWolfy CB handles are usually used on a.m. call numbers are talking out of state and use them sideband thanks for watching there's more to come God bless
