The UCC proposal to enforce school uniforms as a dress code in schools and colleges may initially appear appropriate and relevant. However, in practice, discrepancies can emerge, such as the case of children visiting Sabarimala temple being allowed to wear optional dresses, while Muslim girls may be denied the option to wear burkas, leading to significant public outcry. This situation can be exploited by right-wing factions to manipulate laws against religious minorities, ultimately undermining the principle of equality. For instance, if genuine equality were to be maintained in schools, one would expect a ban on all religious-related activities and rituals. However, implementing such a measure is not practical or realistic.

Respected Sir, I am UPSC aspirant Now I am going to share my view points about Caste and religious system in India. The "HINDU" religion is based on reincarnation. Is it real the people who have done wrong things in their previous birth will born in SC/ST (Sudras, Dalits) in their present life and they need to serve for upper caste people. Nowadays there are so many extremist's claiming themselves as nationalist's and preaching about Sanatan Dharma where it is full of peace but unfortunately their preaching ends up in communalism. Even Baghavat Gita says about Four Varna's. Nowadays many Girls are saying " I am proud to be Hindu". Did they really forget what happens to their female ancestors. They denied education by their sacred priest's, they denied entry into Temple in their period's time where the priest says it is Pollution, They were practiced "Sati" where they need to die after her death of her husband in pyre wood, they were succumbed to Brahmin priest in the name of the Devadasi system. Many girls are suggesting to decolonize the education system to bring about Indian culture after decolonizing it, but the Britishers they have given them education, a Britisher who abolished "Sati". In India, Women are considered as Inferior to Men, But Ambedkar brought his western ideology in the constitution where he suggests for "Women Empowerment". The Hindu girls who are supporting their "Hindutuva" ideology will regret later when there is no minority because the males will crush females like the olden days and they will be slave for men later. The people might think that there are many commissions for women and there is media to expose, but ridiculously the women activist commissions are sleeping if they awake the extremist's will make them sleep because there is no freedom for press and freedom for press index rank of India is 161 surely it is an negative sign for the democratic county like India. In future there is no wonder if any Genocide happens in our country best example is Manipur where now it is facing. It is a clear indication for future Genocide. The term "Unity in Diversity" is changed into "Atrocities in Diversity" by upper caste people where they suggest to remove reservation so that caste system will abolish it is a foolish idea if reservation is cancelled the entire nation will turn into minority grave yard becuase these imbecilic upper caste people who is not secular will crush the minorities so easily. Best example is " Human Feces mixed in water tank" it shows their caste superiority. Muslim women in India are also showing their religious ideology by saying "Proud to be a Muslim" it is also a stupidity. In India they are claiming "Purdha" is their right, on the opposite in Turkey they refused to wear "Purdha" by saying women empowerment and freedom. Muslim men also considering women as inferior to men. Where women is considered weaker and women are machines for giving birth for children and to serve for men remember "Razia sultan" the only female sultan who is considered as weaker sex when she ascended the throne, the ministers who are near to her engaged in many conspiracies. It is not about hate speech and communal violence where I am provoking, it is about don't glorify about any religion. Being secular is important than religion Sorry for hurting your religious sentiments . Be a Human . I don't know whether my opinion is right or wrong but just thought to tell. Thank you!

Sir one doubt. no one can move to court for implement dpsp for its violation. Ucc also come under the dpsp. If one violated a marriage act or property act how could he move to court for justice?

Fathers of the constitution made UCC in DPSP... because if it necessary for future you can avail it . If state is not willing for UCC...it is not viloted and not enforceable by the court.

Now india follows personal laws in case of marriage, divorce etc.(eg.hindu marriage act, special marriage act etc.).these are not under dpsp,so one can move to the court in case of violation When india adopt ucc,then it will remove from dpsp and add on another part of the constitution or make a law regarding that.Then also we can approach the court in case of violation. For example child education was a dpsp concept in the time of making of the constitution.then no one can move to the court if a child doesn't get primary education.But when the government was able to provide free education,then the constitution amended and make child education a fundamental right.Now we can move to the court for its enforcement.

Marriage:- Muslims oda polygamya hindus ku apply panalum hindus oda monogamy ya muslims ku apply panalum prblm dhan... But before marriage there should be registration with written letter from both bride and groom to either accept monogamy or polygamy of their respective patners, violation will be punished.. But marriage should be their personal choice, should accept all form of marriages including tribal marriages which is taboo in others point of view. Divorce:- For Muslims triple talaq (immediately ) or christianity 2yrs waiting time etc., in that matter we should set a reasonable time to decide and have consultations... But for sharing of property and jeevanamsam there's again the consents of both in registration itself if unfortunate happens in future...so the bride and groom will decide at the time of marriage itself wheather they allow partner's expectations of polygamy, future divorce procedure etc which is the constitution for their family written by themselves.... Inheritance :- Inheritance should be the choice of the parent who earns the property, if he or she would wants to give the property there should be no bias, girl or boy. If parent don't want to share their property with their child that too need to be thier rights but caring of child should atleast for 18yrs of age. Adoption :- adoption is the right and very good quality thats need to be equal for all whether muslim or Christian who banned adoption.. UCC should also focuses on religious matters which violates human rights... For ex :- brahmins inheritance for doing poojas in temples, compulsory wearing of purdas etc., But in my point of view, i accept Sir's suggestions which step by step procedure need to be done. But unfortunately for the sake of election, i think there may be ordinance to implement UCC which is really a danger for our country and unity in diversity. Thank you.!

@@kumaruv3241 As we all know BJP is backed by RSS Hindutuva ideology.. Hindus personal law has some rules that, no polygamy is allowed, long divorce procedure, compensation for divorced wife etc., which is not on muslim personal law.. For ex. Muslims can marry multiple wifes, triple talaq etc., So this is hurting hindus... If we irritate muslims we get hindus vote consolidated... The main motive is not to satisfy hindus, but to irritate muslims... The more you tease muslims the more vote we can get.. I'm not against any party or any ideology... I'm just make you understand their ideology.. Thanks.

For your kind information... Before 2019 election what happened. Pulwama attack, surgical strike, abinandhan rescued from pakistan etc... How attacking pakistan gives 300+ MP seats for BJP, is the same strategy today like Art. 370, CAA NRC, UCC etc.,,and also what deadly riots happened behind Mr. Modi becomes PM...Yes communal hatred politics like caste politics in TN. As I want to make you understand, I'm telling the matter which in your point of view I'm against BJP. I'm a generalist... I support BJP for some good schemes and decisions also...

I am from TN and yes, I am not much aware of north politcs. Just in recent times we started to understand how we we fooled and betrayed by rational politics all these years in our own land TN. Sir.. some tribes like garo,khasis are matrilineal society they transfer the property to youngest daughter which they considerd as important tribal practice If UCC came into force is it possible to exclude these tribes and other tribes?
