Cologne is like: 1. It takes forever to get into the city center 2. The parking meter ticks relentlessly while browsing the department store 3. Many inner cities are now like a garbage dump 3. Eye contact with certain individuals appearing in packs must be avoided under all circumstances 4. You have to be careful how you reject the many beggars, since this too can lead to unsightly consequences 5. You can't leave yourself too much time, because before it gets dark you should be out of there

Bullshit, 1. you need 20 minutes tops from nearly ervery suburb to go to the center. 2. Go by public transportation or Park in a CarPark/Parkhaus. 3. ... 4.Agressive Beggars are very rare and mainly found around Central Station. 5. Cologne is safe at night as well as on daytime.
