This feels like my school physicals from the mid 90s. Doctors were thourough and confident like this. They still wore white coats with a shirt and tie underneath. They usually smelled great, like aftershave. I remember when they'd listen to my heart and they'd say "Deep breath in...and out...in...and out," they'd use a little bored sounding cadence and I would wonder how many times they had to say that in thier life. I remember wondering about what it was like when they left for the day, if they drove one of those new Eddie Bauer Explorers and lived in a big two story brick house with brass chandeliers and took vacations at Anna Maria Island. These days I wait over an hour to see the nurse practitioner for 5 minutes just to get offered a prescription that will wreck my gut. I miss the 90s every single day.

NPs always catching strays just for existing and trying to help make healthcare more accessible. If you’re so hell-bent on seeing a physician, tell them that when you get to your appointment or choose another practice that doesn’t utilize NPs or PAs. Logically, the fact that so many practices and institutions are bringing on non-physician providers indicates a need for them. They’ve been trained to provide safe and adequate care, so they should not be viewed as some second rate wannabe with token letters behind their name. They are professionals who will not lose a wink of sleep if you don’t want to be treated by them.

Well, I don't know, we have free medical care, sometimes it happens that the treatment did not help and another one is prescribed, but we can buy any medicine without a prescription ourselves, except for potent antidepressants.And so there are no problems, greetings from Russia, where there is free medicine. Doctors use to give thorough exam in the 50’s - 70’s, it’s a shame. Do your best to find doctors that will talk to you, someone who doesn’t mind asking questions, a doctor you can email and get response within 48 hours etc. I get great care from all my doctors at VA Los Angeles, unfortunately I have neighbor who moved from Texas and he said horrible things. But this is Los Angeles. Good luck.

Models are used to getting manipulated to however the photographer needs them. It's normal for the photographer to reach over and move their arm or adjust them without warning, so I can't imagine this is a far leap.

@@madderandmadder I doubt universities are getting IMG models for low-budget demos given to students as learning tools. He's either a relative or a medical student.

There is another KZbin video that shows the COMPLETE 'private area' examination between this doctor and patient. Even if my dad was a doctor, there is no way I would allow him to examine me like that, much less record it and put it on KZbin. I'm 48 and he's 77, and I was a child the last time he saw what I was packing, and vice versa.

That's just insane. Are you one of those guys who does the Magic Towel Dance in the locker room so that no one can see you naked? Yeah, I think so.
