Күн бұрын

Nneka Ogwumike, the Los Angeles Sparks’ beaming Power Forward, ranks top of the pack in the league. When Nneka isn’t leading her WNBA team to victory, she’s playing overseas for the rest of the year - and only has 11 days in between for family, friends and everything else.

Most men don't have the capacity to be humble, when in competition with women, especially when a woman is significantly better than them. So they rather tear a woman down, than give her praise. Jealousy and humble don't date.

I never knew that only $34,000 is what WNBA players receive a year. You can receive more than that being a garbage man.That's very harsh!! Now I see why a lot of women go overseas to play. Because they are truly loved and respected over there.

The WNBA has lost money for 20 years. Why do they deserve a league? Just because they are women? If the WNBA was a men’s league it would be out of business. How do you lose money for 20 years and still deserve to be in business.

ROGUEBLU It actually makes a lot of difference when it comes to marketability. The demographic that watch sports (men ages 18-55) is the main audience you need to remain valuable in sports, they pay the majority of money for tickets, jerseys, tv revenue....the WNBA has a reputation for being a lesbian league and that’s not bringing any men customers. They’ve lost money for 20 years, only fools would continue to do the same thing and run themselves out of business.
@geraldos9094
@geraldos9094 5 жыл бұрын
If I was the WNBA President, I would give more TV time to women that are feminine, not the tattoo players that try to look like men. Tennis doesn’t have the visual image issues that the WNBA have...and men love watching the sport.
