This series is outstanding. How is it that so few have seen it? God has been so kind to us to give us a wise guide like Dr. Barker.

walsinghamhouse Christians as atheists, all seek to confirm their personal convictions. So when an academic of this quality lays down a theory as different from what we are used to, then we remain suspicious. And if we meet that the theory is so well set up that it is difficult to refute it, then people ignore voluntarily because they are confronted in their convictions.

I have come to know that there is no one who doesn't have bias. We all walk into a situation with presuppositions that others may not have. We may, however, come to understand others building blocks to better understand what they were trying to teach/convey.

I can't imagine the Earth was heavenly before Adam broke the covenant, considering there were predatory beasts roaming the land for ages.

Isn't the garden of Eden a parable about our heavenly state of grace, far before any earth existed?

She left out the characters that said let's kick Adam and Eve out of the Garden before they eat from the tree of life and live forever. Must have been "Apples" of Immortality on the Tree of Life. Not her "Wisdom". And they were kicked out and guards were put at the gate to keep them out. It was still nice in the garden.

According to the law of primogeniture, the inheritance goes to the offspring of the first wife. Concubines don't come into it. offspring of second wives get an inheritance, but not the majority of it.
