Thank u so much for this video!! Oct 1953- Andhra was separated from Madras state.. On 1st Nov 1956 Andhra state was merged with Hyderabad state and formed as Andhra Pradesh.. Fazal Ali Commission- Dec 1953 but state reorganization act- 1956..

All foreign territories were integrated with India as union territory, that can be done tru Amendment of the constitution. Later some were made as states tru act of the parliament. Article 4 applies for titles under state,while union territories is treated under article 368.
