If the 'no indexation' thing was to be implemented with immediate effect, then at least a proviso should have been done saying that the 'agreements to sell' executed prior to 23 July 2024 will be allowed to take indexation on the final sale.

Why are salaried class Subject to higher taxes than even corporates. In a recent seminar , JS TPL1#CBDT #Ramanchopra mentioned that this I'd basis representations from corporates, is it because salaried class is engaged in earning daily bread forget better, I wonder if #Taxgurus #Girishahuja are not representing any inputs to CBDT in this regard
